Again, delay is not synonymous to denial or appeals being upheld. At least now we are sure that all paperworks and requirements are submitted. What I get from the Ann today and reason why the target now is end of January is going back to the timeline again of the appeals process.

Because we are still at the administrator stage, so I strongly believe we have all the required things for the administrator to make the recommendation to the authority. Euther this has happened already or will happen this week to next week.

Once

Once this is done, the recommendation will be reviewed by the appeals authority on which the final decision will vome within 30 days. And because there's a Christmas break, this pushes us to end of January.
