OK but I'm only explaining how the SA stakeholders might view this. It's not about the merits of lawyers. It's about the trustworthiness of the company as a whole. Because despite legal agreements it's possible to evade the law. Plenty of examples where companies simply shut down and rebirth. This is about how the SA stakeholders would view WWI.
I don't want to get into a discussion about the merits of lawyers, and the nature of the legal I've posted enough on that before.
I just wanted to reinforce the importance of not repeating the nonsense of rogue shareholders attempting to pressurise government decision makers.
