Totally agree LJohn. IMHO, this presents the greatest opportunity to invest in WWI for the following reasons:
1. The appeal is virtually rejected - I take it that the only hiccup is the pipeline issue. And according to the announcement, WWI can comfortably meet any recommended adjustment to get this over the line.
2. With the short-term panic selling, the price will be a steal, given that we finally have a real idea that it will all be ok - albeit with another delay.
