You have said before that BFS and JORC update are the big ticket items. This does not hold up the issuing of the BFS in a month or two, or the current drilling campaign and this issue with the appeal will likely be settled before these are issued.
The Minister has only asked for more information on a recommendation that has been provided by DEFF re water pipeline (i.e. not as to rejection), and as other posters have said, it is likely around the location of the pipeline / issues around the protection to the pipeline etc. It does not seem like it will be something that would stop a 20+ year mine from going ahead, and will likely be a small day (yes, on top of existing delays).
However, if we get environmental approval, assay results, MRE and BFS all in April/May then the gains will still be there at the end of the day when you go to sell, it just won't be as smooth sailing and be more condensed...
