Consider the announcement as positive.
Certainly scuppered my attempt to buy additional AUD$ 15K at 0.08 this morning.
However !! There would have been no need for a letter from the mining authority if the granting was imminent. Effectively a holding letter just extending the timescale. My guess at least another 14 days to go . Appreciate others views....
