The 20 years at 60,000oz is the company's own indication. You don't have to like it but I'm just going on the company's own targets.
And anyway the way NPV works is the later years don't matter too much. Once you're past 20 years production you don't get much credit for it in an NPV.
Also you never extract every ounce. Extracting 1.2M oz from a 4M oz total isn't too bad for the kind of operation they are targeting here.
