vcr999, it is sad to say, however they are clearly consistent at missing promises unfortunately. No wonder the share price is where it is. If i was the largest shareholder, i would be riding that management like Seabiscuit. The truth is, at these prices, it wouldn't be so hard to become a large shareholder.
