I think you may be replying to someone I have on ignore, having placed them on ignore some time back for spamming the forum.
I consider myself fairly patient when it comes to giving management a chance to not only prove themselves but if there are past successes there, to then also reaffirm the credibility that eventuated from those successes. But when ROI after 18 months is abysmal, at what point do we then reassess William's current performance? Some seem to think never apparently...
