Surely after prolonging the release for so long we are entitled to the finer details.

I'm actually mystified as to why they wouldn't go ahead with the permit submission considering the amount of time it takes, perhaps the project has underlying issues and has so for some time now and they have been waiting for this moment in the overall markets to use as an excuse.

Ast. your absolutely correct in questioning how does the capex literally triple and the cost of production almost double to the last study undertaken. Now i know why we can't access previous/archived announcements, e.g. previous studies on there web site.
