As a long term holder I think Gavin should be asking himself the question ‘can I get the job done?’ And if he can’t, step aside to someone who can get deals done. I fear he’s addicted to the high salary and won’t budge but this this needs to fly sooner rather than later or it may not at all. Where’s a decent offtake agreement??? He needs to pull his finger out or it’ll be march next year and we’ll be back around the 4c mark. This is the problem with management who have no skin the game - we’re not a bloody charity!
