This stock moved a couple of years ago through Manipulation from .09c to 7.8c on no news whatsoever over a 3 day period.
They have got into bed with the Indians 15 or so yrs ago who made huge promises and never delivered ($200 m line of credit) and had a Md who stole from the company.
They have a company Secretary (Ben Donovan) who will not bother (recently at least) to return calls or e mails.
Over 6 Billion shares on issue (at least the true tradable amount is low)
Quite a checkered past.
Alot of distrust
At least Hankok/Atlas partnership has brought some respect back to the table.
Hopefully they don't F@#$ this opportunity up.
