I don't know how you view this as a big announcement. The big to me is the scale up process to produce graphene successfully. Because I am sure that everyone has eyes on this one-step processing method whether it is achievable or not.
You had confirmed mines there, You got the mining licence and you got the equipment ready, then certainly you would get the stuff out of the ground. That's something we have already known about and expected. So it is by no means a big news IMO.
