Nonetheless, the wording of the approval is encouraging.
Which begs the question, why is the share price languishing? Is the market missing something (it may well be, I don't subscribe to the 'efficient market' hypothesis)? Or is there a battle going on inside the qld government over approval for this project? Or are there some technical issues with the project we haven't been told about? I doubt that uncertainty over funding is much of an issue given the great economics of Mt Morgan - in any case such uncertainty was there when the share price was over 20c.
