Morgan offers, " A significant opportunity for improved environmental outcomes", also claims to want to "work with you (TJ/CRB) to accelerate delivery of the project ".
This was 1 of 3 'chains' that are holding the sp back, I don't expect real movement until total regulatory freedom has been gained.
