I think there are a touch over 1,000,000,000 shares outstanding after the raise. so if we work on EBITDA of $250,000,000 This comes to around 25 cents a share. Say the dividend payout is 70% that comes in at 17.5c * 200,000 shares for $100K invested = $35,000 dividend every year.
