Hmx still looking to appeal, calling into question the Minister for Mining's rights around this decision....
This gets into legal grounds I've not the knowledge or time to get to the bottom of, but I don't think there's any avenues HMX can take to topple that, and going against State law it's likely to be prohibitively costly unless they've concrete to stand on, which they don't
In the end, there will always be one unhappy party in an outcome in this matter. In this case it's HMX
