Not at all unusual to see a gap up on an announcement like this and then a drop to close that gap before pushing on.
It can't be overstated what a company-making announcement this is. It opens the doors to both AVZ's grand aspirations and the funding needed to achieve those plans going forward, but also to potential major investment by organisations whose parameters wouldn't allow them to place funds in a mining company without such a major box ticked.
The value in the mining licence isn't in the sp movement in hours/days but in the coming weeks, months and years as serious money-makers cast an eye over what is happening with AVZ and the DRC and the company now has the green light to follow it's planned path to mining.
