    No wonder it takes a few days to finalise the announcement. AVZ management also addressed the supposedly legal issue about Cominiere that has been mentioned by downrampers. Basically its BS and poor attempt to derail the process.

    Also, AVZ is in talks with the DRC Gov to obtain the extra 15% from Cominiere as with the award of ML, DRC will gain 10% of the manono project.

    Anyone here have any idea about the surface fee for mining?
