I’m not convinced it is AVZ which is appealing the tribunal...

    I’m not convinced it is AVZ which is appealing the tribunal decision which has been noted in the latest announcement. Doesn’t the announcement tell that AVZ was not a party to the tribunal case? If not a party to the case, then why/how would AVZ be able to appeal the decision, or is there something about DRC legal process that lets a non-party make an appeal?
