    In fairness, it was AVZ who released the news and people simply responded accordingly.

    Legal issues and questions of ownership in a country like the Congo....never going to go down well.

    Contracts often mean little if anything in the Congo.

    What usually makes a difference in the Congo is who has the biggest guns and who holds enough power to bring the other party/entity into line.
