I don't know the full details. But if you read the announcement you can see that there is an issue that is ongoing with respect to the 15% that AVZ claim to have acquired from Dathomir back in August 2021.
My main point is that I believe this was the reason for the sell off yesterday.
I also think that it is a big concern moving forward. Clearly others do too..
