    Well, if you've been following the drc govt the last 18 months that's exactly the opposite of what they've been trying to do for that 18 months... they're trying to make everything above board and rule out the former corruption of Chinese and drc officials, and former president...

    I don't mean to generalise they have acknowledged the conscienable conduct of a few Chinese companies in drc.
