As someone pointed out there is a chance (albeit low) that a) AVZ is negotiating for years for the future 15% from the Cominiere (greed, backdoor deals etc...) and b) that the 15% acquired in 2020 was not done properly (whatever that means in DRC law) and drags out progress.

Both negative outcomes are very improbable. Highly stupid outcomes for all. Rational minds should prevail.

That is what perhaps spooked the market, but the market also over reacts...
