    I saw this morning that AVZ need to pay a "surface rights fee".

    Apparently for DRC the surface rights fee is $5.89 per sq m.

    manono lithium project is 188km^2 = 188000000 m ^2

    So for the surface rights that is $1bill???

    Have I got that right?
