Since they love to misrepresent the facts and misrepresent the announcement for their own nefarious purposes here is exactly what the announcement stated:
Re: AVZ's 75% ownership of the project.
'The company notes that that the Tribunal Decision does not purport(nor does it, in fact or under DRC law) have any affect on:
AVZ's 75% equity interest in the Manono Project to which AVZ HOLDS GOOD LEGAL TITLE'
Therefore AVZ right now owns 75% of the project legally. It will then give up 24% in a JV with CATH(CATL) with funding to develop the project which comes to 51%.
Now 25%(not the 75% that AVZ owns) is owned by DRC government interests.(10% to be ceded to the government with AVZ maintaining rights to secure an additional 15%)
It then has a first rights option to purchase an extra 15% from Cominiere(Government interest)

It is all there in the announcement. Trolls are just twisting the facts for their own downramping purposes.
Yesterday was in fact a H.U.G.E de-risking milestone for the company with the mining licence signed by the Mining Minister. I don't think some people get what the other catalysts the mining licence will unleash, CATH funding, 15% extra ownership, funding and investment, the BFS that will be mammoth with the enormous increase in lithium prices as well as increased resource size and a 10Mtpa output planned, Special Economic Zone tax, duty and royalty concessions including a tax holiday, further offtakes, collaboration agreement , hydroelectic power plant agreement(HEPP), hydroxide plant JV?,FID etc
