    There are 2 separate claims described in the announcement.

    It's the Cominiere Transfer Claim that is of most uncertainty IMO.

    Based on the wording, even AVZ are uncertain whether the 'purported' transfer to Jin Cheng Mining Company has occurred.

    Hardly crystal clear...
