It’s crystal clear……AVZ remain in negotiations with the DRC Govt for the additional 15% project ownership in Dathcom that they retain first right option over from Cominiere and these other claims do not hold merit or substance in law. The DRC Govt would not be issuing the Mining Licence if there was an issue and CATH would not have invested in AVZ in the equity placement……and I think that’s part of the reason the Head of CATL had a personal phone call with the DRC President a little while back to get assurances on some of these matters…..which I believe was given and then CATH promptly removed all remaining conditions precedent for the TIA to proceed.
