The difference here, is that the DRC government have created a DRC battery council, upon which avz is a member of.

this pretty much announces to the world that avz is in a partnership with the DRC. For them to backtrack when they're trying to improve the quality of life in DRC, will be untowards all they have been working for the last year or two.

i do not share this same concern you have.
