If that’s what you’re saying and if it does end up that way (don’t shoot me please, I’m saying “if” and trying to understand the effect if it happens), would that then mean that if AVZ sells 24% of its holdings to CATH it could end up as something like:
- 24% CATH
- 10% DRC government
- 15% Zijin
- 15% Dathomir
- 36% AVZ

Have I got correct what you’re suggesting as being possible? If so, does that then present another possible reason why announcement of finalisation of the 24% sale to CATH is pending - as in if AVZ want to retain majority interest in the project it might not be able to sell the full 24%. Surely that’s not what is being suggested, I can’t see how that could be something in the realms of possibility. I believe finalisation of the 24% sale to CATH is awaiting finalisation of mining licence issue and I can certainly see where the latest announcement states that AVZ hold good title to the current full 75% so fail to see how the above could be the case. But please tell me that’s not what you are suggesting is afoot.
