It seemed to.me.like the move down from low/mid 3s was due to lack of confidence/delay in ML approval. My expectation is a move back to that range. We will see if the market confirms or denies that hypothesis.
We may even see a reversal of trend if we are really lucky as ML, test facility, ionic tech comes online. Ramp up to possible offtakes, ionic tech plants being built then we are off to the races.
