I formed my opinion on African risk by following AVZ, FFX, LLL in the last 3 years.
And IXR's SP tumble by more than 70% since all time highs.
IXR's delays on ML is another example of the govt's in that part of the world and further risk
Niger instability lately as well.
I'm still watching IXR as I am interested to see if a REE mine outside of China can get up, but I think there's a very long road ahead...
If anything, this may be a good time to buy if people are confident in long term, as the SP trend is back on the rise after a hammering in the last year. But not for me.
