It's not about the fees - Even if the penalty was $50,000, it pales in comparison to the negative consequences of their actions.

Not only did we not see an accompanying presentation with the annual report, the report itself was not delivered on time. ICI's annual report is very positive, but rather than using that as a platform to build a vision on, they let it get over-shadowed by a suspension by the ASX and look very amateur in the process.

The company must have a vision - a plan, a roadmap - surely once a year is a bare-minimum frequency to show this to shareholders.
