????, the whole point of these batteries is to be close to people it helps balance the electrical network. It can reduse overloading fires within the network. I find your fear of lithium strange, people put these batteries in their houses, people use these batteries in their tools/phones. It would be hard to find a house without a lithium battery in it. Any house fire would involve the burning of lithium, plastics, synthetic products and historical deadly products. I agree it is shit that the neighborhood was exposed to toxic smoke and maybe the at fault party should compensate the neighborhood effected for their possible cost.
Lets wait and see who was at fault, but Genex are the developers, we are not involved with the specifications of the installation, i think your issue is possibly with Telsa, the builder, network operator or the electrical specialist.
