They are breaking the law if they pay more than 52c while the offer period has been extended.
Every sub holder notice lodged with the ASX has to state the price paid and if it was an " on market " or "off market" purchase.
They have in fact bought some stock below 52c ( not many ) but obviously have not bought any above 52c.
Games being played no doubt but I think its a foregone conclusion that will get to 90% at some stage. What happens to the final 10% remains to be seen ? risk to the downside looks limited for those left holding ( IMO )
