re: Ann: Minor International Increase In Subs... When I remember back to the list of substantial holders from 21st of March in the bid statement, I remember seeing the following holders.
21.3% - Oaks Apartments Management
20.0% - Minor
13.1% - Centrepoint Holdings
6.6%% - J P Morgan Nominees
Now, I initially thought that JP were trust holders, but reading over past announcements, I can't see where the shares were handed to them. So they must be an old holder.
If this is the case, they would have needed to create a change in substantial holding if they sold or brought anything. Because we have not seen any and assuming they have no relationship to the receivers, we can almost assume that they are still sitting on 6.6% and intending to make a fat profit. (Unless they originally brought in at $1).
Does anyone know anything about JP's relationship to Oak? Is it time to get excited?
