I've noticed that Minor has pulled out of the market. They probably think they are onto a good thing.
Now, this could mean that they are limiting their ownership so that the objection percentage required is higher. But by doing this, they open themselves up to those who would object to buy now or even cheaper. (Best offer is 50c)
I'm not exactly sure what the rules are relating to ownership. If a CA offer is provided, can you only object if you owned the stock at day one? If so, minor would be protected because a settlement will not occur before Monday open.
Either way, if Minor offer 52c, it doesn't matter what they do, they will be rejected.
