We only need half a percent to oppose an low-ball offer, therefore only another 0.2% on top of the current game of 73.5%.
Anyone else reading this with a stash of shares? all it takes is 350,000. We'll find out who is holding after the CA offer. Legally, Oaks must provide the list of holders after an offer is made. (at request) They'll have a week to respond after a letter is received.
Minor is taking a big risk leaving nearly a objection limit on-market. They'll probably gobble up the 52c stock just before releasing the CA.
