Once the case is over with no further appeals, I would expect the government to sell the 20% share. Most likely to KGL but anyone will do.
As it stands KGL are required to pay 100% of cost to production. The 20% WI will use freecash flow to payback the initial outlay.
I would prefer a non government minority holder who is willing to pay 20% of costs from the beginning. And if we are required to pay 100% of costs, I'd prefer we just acquire the remaining 20%
