- 2 high grade Ni mines at AR & EA with $350M NI non JORC stated in the 2015 DFS of 14KT at 4.1%
- a large prior producing Ni mine at MH with 40KT JORC worth $500M in situ
- a new flying fox but horizontal mine at Abi Rose (said legendary geo Neil Hutchinson in 2015)
- WUU 13 km strike zone of Li & Ni recently hit major discoveries
- gold prospect mine at crazy diamond
- staff camp, 20 toilets, built roads, 10 buildings, mess hall, 1 airstrip, 3 declines to ore bodies
that cost LionOre Norilsk POS a total of $2,000M to build and maintain.

That airstrip and 10 buildings with mess hall in the desert is worth $15M alone!
That MILL same size as Nova alone cost IGO/SIR $300M to build in 2016 over 4 years.
