I made a mathematical assessment of the LJ royalty stream payable by MINRES to POS.
And NO ONE has countered it at all !

The stream is 0.75% Li & 1.5% non-LI (Ni Co) which at 1.5MTpa and production of Li Ni Co will be around $800Mpa revenue assuming a 50-50 Li-nonLi split and Nova level production as the MILL is the same size. I expect the MILL to be upgraded and refurbished and increased in capacity also.

MINRES is using the LJ Ni MILL to convert to Li production & non Li production (already ready for the latter) and can get this turnkey MILL into production very fast using its massive cash at bank of $1.4B and its massive engineering squad and workforce.

My estimates are 3-4 months from fast settlement with MILL refurb preworks & camps already under way on site and maybe has been underway for even the last few months IN SECRET.

This LJ purchase could be worth over $4,000M to MINRES like the Nova site is to IGO nearby for the same size mill as at LJ
Forget $15M cash & small royalties.

MINRES made a fortune on POSs LJ Project imho.
