(existing 1.5MTpa MILL is in "remarkably good condition" built by LionOre/Norilsk in 2002-2005 at a cost of $900M)
Neighbouring IGO/Nova MILL & MINE same size as LJ is valued by IGO at $4,000M in itself and earns $600Mpa revenues on Ni alone.

STUNNINGLY DIRT CHEAP purchase and royalty sums.
POS was bent over and is OWED BIG TIME. I expect future deals between these 2 as the value accretion for MINRES is whopping.
Market thinks the LJ acquisition is a massive money spinner for MINRES which it is.
