Plus a low royalty form future processing from the tenements. I'm thinking we get cheap(er) but Poseidon gets to save re care and maintenance charge and future mine restoration costs. I don't know : 1. Future capital costs to convert for Lithium, what Nickel resource is still there (when Nickel prices rises again in the future.
I think it good move to be a processor, but interesting they sold their JV% last year for increase ownership % of the ore body. Does this mean they want to be masters of their own domain, and a processing center for any smaller explorers /developers.
So we can expect further information re Capital Expenditure requirements, but I suppose this will be behind permitting etc. 2 years, boy this country takes forever to license even a brownfields development.
