I find it staggering that you think the $15m LJ deal has caused MinRes market cap to increase by $1b? Surely you can't think that a standalone announcement (it finished in the red on the day) like that, could have that much of a material impact.
Could you please provide the direct link to where POS have stated they are litigating for damages for the $15m, plus royalties as I am unable to locate.
You could almost guarantee that CE would have something else up the sleeve that will be more value accretive with pulling out of the LJ deal.
