A Li HUB and MASSIVE 1.5mtpa MILL to boot in "remarkably good condition" plus built staff camp, roads and airstrip plus high grade NI & Li deposits and mines all around, something IGO values Nova nearby at $4,000M forget $15M cash for LJ, LOL

I expect MINRES to fast track turning the turnkey restart on that MILL using its $1,400,000,000 cash at bank, it can refurbish it in months and convert it to Li production easy.
Back in 2015 the POS CEO Singleton declared the LJ MILL could be restarted with $13M capex and 3-6 months and it was "turnkey"
In 2018-2021 that capex went up to $20M but with MINRES funding and large experienced team they could do that in half the time and cost imho.

It shows how massively undervalued POS assets are by the market without a large supporter and how easily a fortune can be made from them with a big boy in charge witht he capital and team like MINRES has. MINRES has now taken on the mantle of turning this mass production asset in waiting at LJ into a reality

Expect more news between them as CE realises the massive fortune that AFAF foolishly squandered in POS & AGO while instead burning $1,200M cash on blackhole stranded duds Noront and MCR.

MINRES just made a fortune on this POS deal and the market is just now realising the extent of it.
I expect MINRES to payback POS BIG TIME for this massive revenue & infrastructure windfall.
