Desparate for it not to go anywhere near 2c for some reason . Maybe a cr coming and knowing there might not be too many willing participants to throw in too much more it could be set up at around 0.012c for an investor to take a big chunk. I know there is $12m in the bank but if they want to acquire something potentially big and then throw in working costs and heavy drilling to get off to a flying start, stranger things have happened.
