if you had read the announcements regarding the crushing plant you will remember that part of the problem was that it was not built to Australian standards and the mines Dept would not approve it.
The only contract given to an Australian company, worth about $10mil from memory, and look what they have done to the project!!! So you wonder why companies don't want to give contracts to local construction companies, albeit that this particular one was supposed to be on top of their game. I wonder what happened????
