Janti, what don't you understand, the one that is being sued built a plant that did not meet the Standards & specifications and could not be approved by the mines dept. Do I need to explain it in simpler terms for you.

The main contractor has as far as we aware, built a plant that complies with the standards and the specifications given to it. I am sure that if it proves not to be the case then they also will be called to answer the hard questions.
