It's all very positive for AZY indeed, but you wouldn't know it from the SP or buy depth like you say.
I guess there is no reason to bid up the SP when there is sellers willing to sell. However after trying to buy at lows / on the bid for a week now I can confirm that there is not many shares willingly available. The direction has to be up at some point, and the little consolidation pattern that has formed suggests that will be soon.
2.4c is strong resistance - break that and AZY will move strongly.
