I think it was the old leadership that was behind the sneaky behaviours, the same leadership that knowingly blew up 50,000 year Aboriginal sacred site at Jukaan Gorge. But they all got the boot after those shenanigans, so I think it's improved a bit now. RIO are majorly cashed up, and when the time comes, I think they'll chose the safe jurisdiction of WA & Pilbara for their copper mining operation, over other risky jurisdictions.
