I wouldn't be too worried about Rio, if they wanted the ground they'd just take it and probably for less than their corporate lunch budget.With Antipas track record with diamond drilling at depth I'd take hitting gold of any grade.
If they hit 349m @15gt I'd expect quite a few NEM lawyers to pop up to spoil the celebration.
